Job Summary:ARC Business Solutions Inc. is a customer-oriented information technology solution provider with a proven track record of delivering strategic, creative, and technical business solutions. We are seeking an experienced Workday Security Admin to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary Workday security administrator, ensuring a deep understanding of Workday's security framework and cross-platform business processes.
- Create and update security policies, domains, segmented security, and role-based/user-based roles to drive business processes for HCM, Financials, and Adaptive.
- Perform regular audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain proper internal security controls and documentation.
- Lead the validation and vetting of all roles and respective security group assignments, domain security policy, and BP security policy by functional area.
- Communicate Workday releases and enhancements related to security and roles to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security aspects of use cases, propose technical solutions, and implement those solutions.
- Develop security and role-based user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support usage, knowledge transfer, and change management programs.
- Understanding of system architecture components in multi-tier, multi-platform systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Admin, leading, designing, configuring Workday security matrices, maintaining, and creating security groups, roles, and permissions across all modules.
- Workday Security Subject Matter Expert.
- Significant experience in system configuration, access management, testing, and providing user support related to security.
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
