Job Summary

The Waterloo Catholic District School Board is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Lunch Hour Supervisor at St. Gregory CES. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students during the lunch period at our elementary and secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and security of students during the lunch period
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • 18 years of age or over;
    • Canadian citizen with Social Insurance Number or valid work permit to be eligible to work in Canada
  • Desirable Assets:
    • Experience working with children
    • Willingness to assume a wide variety of duties;
    • Ability to communicate in a sensitive, courteous manner with students, parents, staff and the general public;
    • Ability to work as a team player;
    • Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
  • Hourly Rate: $27.46 per hour
  • Location: St. Gregory Catholic Elementary School, Cambridge, ON.
  • Hours of Work: 1 hour per day, 5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
  • Weeks/Year: Approx. 41 weeks/year (September - June)
Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to produce a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Background Check.
