Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Bodega Ridge Lodge and Cabins, Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes coordinating the work of housekeeping staff, selecting and purchasing equipment and supplies, and responding to guest complaints.

Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies for housekeeping operations
  • Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Co-ordinate contract services for laundry and maintenance
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
Work Environment:

The Executive Housekeeper will work in a non-smoking environment with a team of housekeeping staff. The work setting is a hotel, motel, or resort with less than 50 rooms.
