Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Bodega Ridge Lodge and Cabins, Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of our resort, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Co-ordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that all rooms and public spaces meet our high standards.
  • Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Co-ordinate contract services to maintain the resort's facilities and equipment.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Co-ordinate in-house laundry services to ensure that all linens and uniforms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliability, and work term: permanent.
  • Work language: English, and hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
