At Aviva Canada, we're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our digital products. As a Senior Product Manager, Digital, you'll be responsible for building the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our highest priority products.
You'll work closely with senior collaborators to understand business needs and conduct user research and testing to understand customer needs. Your goal will be to deliver improvements and new features that deliver value to our customers and our business.
As a leader, you'll be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior product colleagues and driving the adoption of product features. You'll also be accountable for the long-term success and performance of your product.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a high-priority digital product.
- Lead a product team of engineers, designers, and testers to deliver improvements and new features.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of product features.
- Mentor and coach junior product colleagues.
- Expertise in product strategy with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sophisticated collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills for junior product colleagues.
- Excellent toolkit for user research and testing, and market and competitive analysis.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact, complex products.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business impact.
- Experience influencing decisions and strategies of senior executives.
- A competitive salary range of $87,400 to $162,400.
