Job Title: Executive Regional Director, Western Region

Job Summary:

The Executive Regional Director, Western Region, is a critical position within Northlands College, requiring strong leadership and communication skills. This individual will provide strategic and direct leadership for the Western Region, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for engagement and program development across Northwestern Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, leads, implements, manages, promotes, delivers, and evaluates a program plan for programs based on a needs identification process involving extensive community and stakeholder consultation.
  • Collaborates with the executive management team in the development of strategic and operational plans.
  • Procures and manages financial resources required to implement the college's programming.
  • Ensures that faculty, staff, and learners across all campuses continue to strive for success and be prepared to change how Northlands College offers programs.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in any discipline aligned with programs offered at Northlands College.
  • A minimum of five years progressively responsible experience as an educational administrator with a solid understanding of working with equity groups and a representative workforce.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cultural diversity in the workplace and achieving a respectful work environment.
  • Experience with guiding strategies and improving processes, coupled with experience in deploying resources to support individual units as well as region-wide initiatives.
  • An exceptional ability to forge effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all levels.
