Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including selecting trade subcontractors and preparing construction project budget estimates
  • Monitor progress and prepare reports
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people

The successful candidate will have strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook. Experience in project management and a strong attention to detail are essential for this role.

Requirements:
