Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
- Describe menu items and make recommendations to customers
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Support newcomers and refugees by providing diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment
- Offer mentorship and coaching opportunities to Indigenous workers and provide cultural competency training to all employees
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- English language proficiency required
- 40 hours per week
