We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Ash Grove Inn. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Will train individuals with no prior experience.
- Support for newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition and diversity training.
- Support for Indigenous people, including mentorship, coaching, and cultural competency training.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
