MACEWEN DUNROBIN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. They will also be able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
