Responsibilities:



  • Work with vendors, customers and the warehouse team to facilitate the prompt delivery of orders.
  • Assist customers to quote and order parts correctly; troubleshoot any product issues by phone, email and in person.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, the Projects Group and the Technical Team to ensure premier customer service is provided to customers.


What to Expect in Your First Month:



  • Get to know your team, office and warehouse.
  • One on one system and product training.
  • Spend time at our Counter learning about contractor products we carry.
  • Working with a small group of customers with support.


Requirements:



  • A post secondary education in Electrical, some apprentice training or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical products such as: breakers, panels, lighting and wire.
  • A desire to learn and continue to grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
