About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is willing to learn and grow with our company. As a Landscape Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, removing litter and garbage, and performing various other tasks related to outdoor horticulture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of landscapes, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and pruners.
  • Perform manual labour tasks, such as raking, sweeping, and cleaning up debris.
  • Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in inclement weather conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; on-the-job training provided.
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent physical health and stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
  • A valid driver's license (not required but an asset).
