Community Pharmacist Opportunity in Nova Scotia

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Pharmacist to join our team in the Annapolis Valley region of Nova Scotia. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care, educating patients on new therapies, and participating in professional programs to enhance our services. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care and consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
Responsibilities: Some key responsibilities of this role include:
- • Providing patient counselling and education on new therapies
• Initiating care plans and following up as necessary
• Maintaining current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
• Adhering to all regulatory requirements, company policies, processes, and procedures
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
• Licensure as a registered pharmacist in Nova Scotia
• Injection and first aid certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
