About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Lead to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership on Asset Protection and Health and Safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Asset Protection and Health and Safety strategies to safeguard people, property, and the Co-op brand.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and Department Managers to drive Loss Prevention and Health and Safety objectives.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to Team Leaders on Asset Protection and Health and Safety best practices.
- Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and synergies across departments.

About You:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with:
A certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.3-6 years of relevant experience.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Honesty, trustworthiness, and a results-driven attitude.A valid Class 5 driver's license.What We Offer:
