Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Tia Express Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our commercial building. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Environment:

Our commercial building is a non-smoking environment. The successful candidate will be required to travel occasionally.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will work 30 to 35 hours per week.
