Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Arrow Paving Limited.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. This is a permanent position, working 32.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy workspace
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable living space
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a secure and organized environment
  • Provide basic information on facilities to ensure a welcoming and informative environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure a positive and respectful environment
Requirements
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling are required for this position
  • A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required for this position
  • Experience is an asset, but not required
  • Language of work: English
