The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for processing and sale. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
  • Cut and trim meats to standard cuts
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Grind meats
  • Train and mentor other meat cutters
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
Work Environment:

The Meat Cutter will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The role requires standing for extended periods and manual dexterity.
