Job Summary:

The Moulding Technician at Roseburg Forest Products is a critical role that requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the maintenance team
  • Collaborate with operators and managers to resolve any quality or production issues
  • Monitor and maintain the prescribed quantity and quality of product produced
  • Troubleshoot machine performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure that Gesso coating and sanders are producing moulding to quality specifications
  • Communicate with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient production process

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as manufacturing or quality control
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
