Moulding Technician Job Description

The Moulding Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. Their responsibilities include verifying that all equipment in the area is functioning properly and reporting any abnormalities to the Operators or Manager. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining the prescribed quantity and quality of product produced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify product quality and ensure it meets specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime
  • Report any abnormalities or issues to Operators or Manager
  • Maintain prescribed quantity and quality of product produced
  • Troubleshoot machine performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure Gesso coating and sanding processes meet quality specifications
