Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in retail management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
