Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Value Motors & Car Rentals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor professional and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data analysis and reporting, to support business operations.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff who possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to our business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services and increase brand awareness.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans that align with our strategic objectives and ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
