At Innovative Beauty Group, we're on a mission to empower beauty experts and retailers with strategic partnerships that bring visions to life. As a Specialist, People and Culture, you'll play a key role in supporting our global team and driving our success.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assist with HR-related activities and programs for our Mississauga, New York, and Los Angeles sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage complex projects with tight deadlines, and have participated in HR-related system implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with People and Culture programs, including Wellness Program, Recognition Program, and Learning Program
  • Deliver training programs through our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Play a key role in People and Culture projects, including HRIS and LMS implementation
  • Assist with any HR-related projects or programs as requested by management
  • Update our policies and guidelines
  • Develop People and Culture communication and presentation decks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3 years' experience in human resources field (excluding recruitment)
  • Knowledge of US employment standards and laws considered an asset
  • Bonus if you have participated in an HR-related system implementation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
