Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1198226 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
