Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays: Ensure visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of merchandising standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
