Job Title: Delivery Operations Supervisor

BC LTD is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery routes, schedules, and performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve delivery processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
