Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of packages and ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery activities and performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a delivery or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
