Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and clients, while also working to optimize their financial health.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support members and clients by educating them on our financial products and services, and helping them to achieve their financial goals.

  • Welcome and assist members and clients in a warm and courteous manner, quickly identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate resources.

  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a seamless and personalized experience for our members and clients.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members and clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
