About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team. As the Sustainability Manager, you will oversee the implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives across all areas of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sustainable policies, practices, and initiatives for the organization.
  • Monitoring and tracking the company's carbon footprint and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conducting research and staying updated on the latest sustainability trends, practices, and regulations.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure sustainability is integrated into all business operations.
  • Working closely with suppliers and partners to promote sustainable sourcing practices.
  • Communicating and reporting on the progress of sustainability goals and initiatives to stakeholders within the company and externally.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sustainability role.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability practices, policies, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainability programs and initiatives.
