Cybersecurity Architect for Financial Innovation

We're seeking a skilled Senior Security Analyst to join our IT Security team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding our organization's IT systems and data.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You'll implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and maintain existing security controls, policies, and procedures.
- Architect cloud-first security systems, including Netskope, Zscaler, Crowdstrike, Cloud-native DLP, AWS security, and more.
- Monitor security alerts and logs from various systems, applications, and network devices to detect and investigate potential security incidents.
- Conduct security event analysis and triage security alerts to identify and prioritize potential threats or vulnerabilities.
- Perform security assessments, risk analysis, and vulnerability scans to identify weaknesses in systems and recommend remediation measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into IT infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Provide guidance and expertise on security best practices and recommend security enhancements.
- Document security incidents, investigations, and actions taken for future reference and improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
About You
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- You have 7+ years of experience as a Security Analyst or in a similar role focusing on standards and compliance.
- You have proven experience in IT security, incident response, or a related field.
- You are familiar with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
- You have knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, CIS, SOC2, PCI, etc.).
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
