Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Kiov Incorporated McDonalds. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality of service.
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain a high level of product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
