Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in making informed buying decisions by identifying and evaluating their needs.
  • Promote various company programs and promotions to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Maintain visual presentation standards, including in-store signage, merchandise recovering/front facing, restocking, remerchandising, dusting, and vacuuming the sales floor as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues using good judgment and logic.
  • Support other areas of the store when business needs dictate.

Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to evaluate customers' needs and make recommendations based on those needs.
  • Able to provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations.
