We are looking to hire a vibrant & fresh-faced full-time Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our industry-leading and nationally recognized Customer Service & Sales team.

You do not have to have a customer service or sales background to succeed in this full-time opportunity In fact, most of our greatest success stories come from individuals with experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, food & beverage management, retail, and other customer-facing environments due to the hands-on and communication-oriented nature of those industries.

Through a proven 3-6 month, comprehensive training program, our Customer Service & Sales Executives will teach you to excel as a Customer Service and Sales Representative through one-on-one training, mentorship, and regular feedback. You will learn to...
1. Meet sales revenue goals while executing direct customer service and customer acquisition campaigns
2. Manage the existing customer base, create new sales leads, and maximize both audiences for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
3. Tailor customer service recommendations and sales presentations to the wants and needs of the customer
4. Represent our firm with the highest level of integrity at all times, whether communicating with clients, customers, or our team
5. Provide regular account updates with the Customer Service and Sales Account team to ensure we are on track to achieve acquisition and sales deliverables
