Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ponoka IDA Drugstore. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring it is well-organized, visually appealing, and meets our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
