Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ponoka Convenience Store & Gas Bar. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail team, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment
