As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans. You will also store, update and retrieve financial data, prepare monthly statements, and complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance. Additionally, you will maintain payroll and records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using manual or computerized systems. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of MS Excel and MS Word.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare statements of earnings for employees
- Store, update and retrieve financial data
- Prepare monthly statements
- Complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits
- Maintain payroll and records of employee attendance, leave and overtime
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
