At REVOLUTION COLLISION GRANDE PRAIRIE LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, with a work language of English and an estimated 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced environments and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements. Also, manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Asset Management: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate valuations and allocations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, providing insights into company performance and trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
  • Skill Set: Strong attention to detail, fast-paced environment, organized, reliability, team player
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, employees receive comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
