About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Associate to join our Private Banking team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and providing comprehensive financial solutions to our discerning high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Private Banker and/or Senior Private Banker in delivering services and ensuring administrative follow-up.
  • Develop personalized, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Optimize interactions with clients and identify opportunities to make multi-product offers that meet their needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the firm's policies, procedures, and complex products.
  • Complete administrative tasks, open business and personal files, and carry out various transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Analyze client accounts, make follow-up calls, identify operational issues, and propose solutions.
  • Coach and mentor new or less experienced employees to ensure their success.
About the Team

You will be part of a passionate team that is committed to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations. You will work closely with other members of the sector and report to the Vice-President, Private Banking.

Requirements
  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Investment Funds in Canada course, an asset.
  • Experience in personal and/or commercial credit.
  • Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products.
Language

English and French are the primary languages spoken in this role. You will need to be proficient in both languages to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
