Job Title: Associate Private Banking

A career as a Banking Associate with Private Banking 1859 at National Bank offers a unique opportunity to provide wealth management services and advice to a discerning high-net-worth clientele.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the Private Banker and/or Senior Private Banker in delivering services and ensuring administrative follow-up.
  • Develop personalized, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Optimize interactions with clients and identify opportunities to make multi-product offers that meet their needs.
  • Act as a resource person for the firm's policies, procedures, and complex products.
  • Complete administrative tasks, open business and personal files, and carry out various transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Analyze client accounts, make follow-up calls, identify operational issues, and propose solutions.
  • Coach and act as a mentor in guiding and training new or less experienced employees.

You'll be part of a passionate team that is committed to going the extra mile to serve a discerning clientele in a market with strong potential.

You'll work closely with other members of the sector and report to the Vice-President, Private Banking 1859.

Prerequisites:
  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Investment Funds in Canada course, an asset.
  • Experience in personal and/or commercial credit.
  • Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products.
