Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Alforno Pizzeria. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
