Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services Professional to join our team at ALFORNO PIZZERIA. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
