Job Summary

The Regional Sales Specialist (Inside Sales) is an individual contributor accountable for achieving their individual revenue goal based on their assigned account list. This role is responsible for the execution of the inside sales team strategies communicated by the Inside Sales leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify, pursue, and close opportunities for Commercial customers from various sources, including proactive outreach to high-potential accounts, inbound requests from current Commercial Customers, SQLs from Inside Lead Gen, and dormant relationships/accounts.
  • Develop strategies for customer lists, seeking to revitalize relationships and uncover accounts with significant upside potential.
  • Leverage overlay product specialists as needed to unlock expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to District segment.
  • Coordinate with Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers graduating from Inside to Field coverage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Sales/Marketing) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM tools and call automation tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc.).
  • Some knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.

What We Offer

Lennox International offers a competitive base salary plus commission, annual bonus based on company performance, excellent medical plans, mental and financial health programs, company pension with company match, employee stock purchase program, community involvement opportunities, and a robust employee assistance program.

This position offers a base salary and a commission-based plus bonus incentive plan. The total target compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 (65% base salary plus 35% commission assuming attainment at plan) and also qualifies for additional business objectives incentives.
