About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Dulux Paints - PPG Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising customers on our range of paint and wallpaper products, and assisting with the display and preparation of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on paint and wallpaper products to customers
  • Assist with the display and preparation of merchandise
  • Process customer transactions and handle cash, cheques, credit card, or automatic debit payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
