About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, providing creative solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
