About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Executive Chef to join our team at The Carlu. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation;
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed;
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment;
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety;
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for private events and functions;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a chef or in a related role;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure;
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures;
