Key Responsibilities:- Longitudinal Family Practice:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a small patient panel of approximately 400.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients, addressing their physical and emotional health needs.
- Preventive Health Services:
- Conduct thorough health assessments and wellness exams to identify potential health risks and develop personalized prevention plans.
- Collaborate with patients to set and achieve health goals, promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including family physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, LPNs, and allied care clinicians.
- Innovative Care: Participate in care innovation and thought leadership, contributing to the development of best practices in family medicine and preventive care.
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a highly competitive compensation package, with potential annual earnings ranging from $390,000 to $450,000, depending on panel size and preventive care activity.
- Signing Bonus: Receive a $50,000 signing bonus with a 12-month commitment.

- Licensed to practice in British Columbia.
- Maintain medical liability insurance through the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
