Job Title: Family Physician / Emergency Physician

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a Family Physician or Emergency Physician to join our team in a full-time or part-time position at one of our clinics.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a healthcare professional who combines current or recent experience in primary care with urgent or emergent care, with a clear understanding of the role and importance of foundational primary care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide team-based care with off-site rapid access to X-ray, ultrasound, and labs.
  • Link patients to appropriate care pathways, including specialist, social service, and primary care.
  • Support a healthy work-life balance and focus on professional development and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligible – Mandatory
  • Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) – Mandatory
  • Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License - Full
