Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in Ontario. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-volume mail insertion systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively plan and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Resolve customer-reported issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor, plan, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute equipment upgrades and new installations.
  • Manage a call queue to ensure timely contact with customers and effective incident resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment.
  • Good experience working on electromechanical equipment.
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and different shifts as required.
