Job Title: General Manager

SHUBH FINANCIAL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the management team, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Human Resources: Manage and develop the skills and abilities of the team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
