Retail Store Manager

O.K. Food Mart Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to drive business growth and improve store performance.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
