Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our convenience store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales and Inventory Management: Manage sales and inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and inventory management.
